Started new groups meeting with men on a weekly and bi-weekly basis to further the Great Commission mandate to go and make disciples. Initiating consultancy relationships with churches within Memphis and the Mid-South to enable them to take their existing men's groups to the next step of growing small groups within their churches for men. Currently speaking to men's groups, civic groups, and churches about growing men, and reaching them for Jesus Christ. Mobilizing men for post Katrina efforts. Mobilizing men to go beyond their comfort zone to minister internationally.

Strengthened the delivery system between chartered partner organizations and local Scout units through a 17 county area representing 26, 000 Scouts and 6, 000 volunteer leaders. Was personally responsible for over ten new units starting because of this thrust. Increased awareness in and participation through the Religious Awards Program, called God and Country. Served as Camp Commissioner, Chaplain, and Camp Director of Kia Kima Scout Reservation providing leadership to over 90 staff and 1400 campers. Served as chaplain at numerous funerals, Scout functions and in individual settings.

Strategically tripled gross sales over three years in this full service commercial and residential company. Penetrating the market with a large number of the major management companies in Memphis. Supervised 70 plus employees on a daily basis which included route direction, quality control, hiring and documentation issues. The owner believes, as I do, that a world and life view incorporates the best of Biblical ethics. I had the freedom to head the BSA Council God and Country program, serve as scoutmaster, and teach adult Sunday school as an extension of my position.

Facilitated procedural structure and an orderly start up of this newly formed congregation of 1,500. Initiated, recruited, and taught a weekly church-wide evangelism ministry. Began a one-on-one, church-wide ministry for businessmen; which sponsored a start up of 120 teams of corporate leaders and community professionals. Taught the weekly new members class, and coordinated the charter membership of these 1,500 with the denomination.

Developed, wrote the curriculum for, and taught the new members class, a process by which 450 new members joined this 8,000 member church. Started a church-wide men's breakfast series which averaged 300. Managed my department's portion of a 6 million dollar yearly budget. Led 260 participants in the evangelism ministry.
